Dan & Cathy have been married for 37 years and both enjoy the game of golf. I have had the pleasure of hosting several BC Opens here as well as the 2004 CANO. Dan operates his own Auto Detail shop.

Dan King
Johannes Grames is an above knee amputee golfer currently living in Vancouver B.C. Canada. He plays golf to a 8.5 index when he is not being busy raising his two young boys, or playing, teaching,and recording guitar for a living.
Johannes is a member of the Canadian Amputee Golf Association, the B.C. Amputee Sports Association, and the B.C Golf Association.

Floyd works for Kickinghorseford sales in Invermere. He has been married to his wife Shelan for 17 year. He lost his leg in 1968 in an industrial accident. It doesn’t slow him down at all. Floyd enjoys Family, Friends, Masons, amputee golf tourneys and working for the Verge For Youth Society which raises money for youth and families in need within the Columbia valley.
David is a bi-lateral below knee amputee from a work-related railway accident when he was twenty. When not on the golf course, you will find David riding his Harley Davidson trike.
David is the former secretary/treasurer of CAGA and currently serves on the BCAGA board. Semi-retired, David has a part-time motorcycle detailing business.

I lost my left leg in December of 2004 due to an aneurism behind the knee. I had just retired from work and we had moved to Scotch Creek as we wanted a resort setting so that we had room for our grandkids. I have always enjoyed golf, so after recuperation, I was determined to get playing again. I still have a ways to go, but as a member of the BCAGA, I have met others who share my interest. I have always gotten involved in organizations that I’ve joined, so this one is no different. I want to help wherever I can.
